The Marlins Youth Academy at Babcock Park is seeking baseball and softball experienced volunteers to aid in umpiring and coaching youth baseball and softball for ages 5-12.

Our spring league registration is now closed. Join us for league play from February 5 - May 31. The Marlins Youth Academy at Babcock Parks offers baseball programming for youth ages 5-12, and fastpitch softball programming for youth ages 7-12. Be on the lookout for registration news and updates for our next Fall League!

Please note that registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and registrants may be subject to a waitlist.

Legends for Youth Clinic

Join the Miami Marlins Foundation and Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association for the Legends for Youth Clinic at Babcock Park in the City of Hialeah.

Participants will cover baseball fundamentals and learn skills taught by former Major League Baseball Players. Registration is open now for youth ages 5-13.

MLB PLAYBALL Weekend

Marlins Youth Academy at Babcock Park hosts MLB Pitch, Hit and Run Local Competition on MLB PLAYBALL Weekend!

Overview: Major League Baseball Pitch, Hit & Run (PHR) events provide boys and girls an opportunity to showcase their baseball and softball skills, with the opportunity of earning a chance to attend and compete for a Championship during the 2024 MLB World Series! The Pitch, Hit & Run program is a free event series for boys and girls, and consists of a series of movements that are important in baseball and softball. Participants will compete in either 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, or 13-14 age division, with the Age Cut-off set on November 15, 2024. They will be tested, and their measurements will be recorded for points. Based on their scores, they will advance from a local event to a Team Championship and then to the National Finals hosted at the World Series. In addition to the PHR Competition at Babcock Park, the Miami Marlins will be hosting a series of games, giveaways, mascot appearances, and concessions available, for the entire family to enjoy throughout the morning!

Know Before You Go- Important Information: All athletes are encouraged to bring their own water bottle, bat, helmet, and glove. Please make sure your athlete is dressed in athletic attire. Local Competition winners will be contacted directly, the week after the event!
